Recognizing its incredible benefits, Universal Public School offers yoga classes for students in grades 1 to 10. Every week, students and teachers come together to practice pranayama, Surya Namaskar, and meditation. In addition, teachers actively encourage students to participate in various yoga-related events. To further highlight the importance of yoga, the entire UPS family – including our Director-Principal, Vice Principal, teachers, and students – celebrates International Yoga Day on June 21st with great enthusiasm. At Universal Public School, we understand the vital role yoga plays in promoting a healthy lifestyle, and we provide every student and teacher with the opportunity to embrace its benefits for a balanced, healthy life.
